Immediately, a search online was initiated. We have a strong preference for supporting local businesses, and so we picked a certain plumbing company. During my conversation with Nathaniel, he was attentive as I explained the situation we were facing. He methodically presented the options for replacing and installing a new heater, quoted a fixed price, and we scheduled an installation date. Nathaniel and Barry showed up and they were friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient.
