His decor is sweet.Stephen is excellent. I give him a photo, and he can stencil and tattoo it. He has done music staffs for me. He even did my late father's thumbprint from a photocopy. We have designed several of my tattoos together. He does bold colors on me mostly. I have been going to him for about six years and got nine tats. Great guy, and we have very interesting conversations.
