Our child attended here for several months. Initially, we were pleased with the care and environment provided during the first three months. His teachers were really nice. He adjusted well to his first classroom, and we saw positive development both emotionally and socially. We appreciated the structure and the staff’s communication during that period.
However, after he was transitioned to a different classroom, our experience unfortunately changed. We began to notice signs of distress in our child that were concerning including increased separation anxiety, emotional regression, and a strong aversion to attending daycare. He would often start crying as soon as we approached the facility, which was not typical behavior for him in the beginning.
We also observed that his basic hygiene needs were not consistently met. He regularly came home with a runny nose that seemed to have gone unattended throughout the day, which led us to question the attentiveness of the staff in his new classroom.
Couple of times I also observed differences in how staff greeted color parents vs others
Additionally, the overall communication with the administration became more transactional. We often felt that the focus had shifted away from the well-being of the children toward operational efficiency and profit.
We believe this center has the potential to offer a positive experience for all families, as we saw in the early months.
