I went to see about enrolling my child and went to use the restroom. By the way, nobody said a word to me. I just walked through. I witnessed a woman, who was obviously management of some kind, reprimanding a an employee. I could not believe what I was hearing. Then in another situation, an employee was struggling with babies and small kids and needed help. This poor lady was being treated so poorly as she was only asking her for help. She tried to explain the situation while holding a baby and kids were screaming. Meanwhile, a parent came in to pick up their child, and this lady continued her disrespect the employee right in front of the parent and the children. I wanted to know the mental health of the staff as this would impact how my child would be treated, so of course I to listen from around the corner. It ended with the teacher clocking out (which seemed to be the problem). I was so appalled that this woman was clearly dealing with screaming kids, trying to get help, and instead was being asked to clock out which was the priority rather than helping to ensure the safety of the kids. Another lady was going in the class as I were exiting. I hear her say to the lady who was getting yelled at, “I am scare to take your class, I don’t know how to work with these kids.” Another lady appears from where, I don’t know where, it was like from a magic cloud or something but says “ You were told to clock out!” I wish I had the strength to say something, to step in, but I went about my evening. I wish I had recorded it. There was no regard for the other employee who was going into a class. I’m assuming she’ll be alone and doesn't know what to do. My husband and I will never leave our child here!! It’s beautiful and appears clean, but I’m afraid that the children behind doors don’t have enough staff on hand to make sure the kids are safe. Rather than leaving the knowledge employee who wanted to be with kids and was needing assistance they switched her out with someone who stated she didn’t know what to do. Needless to say, I got to my little car with my big husband who was waiting for me, and as I was putting my seatbelt on I look up; and this lady was just in tears as she made her way to her vehicle. Broken after a day with kids! I wonder if she ever gets a, "Thank you" or "Hey good job." My heart broke. And what also gets me, is that nobody even attended to me. Clearly they were busy. I just cannot believe how the employees are treated. I am writing this after many days of a heavy heart. I can’t stop thinking about it. So I am writing a review. Absolutely no way could I leave my child in this situation. God bless those teachers! So under appreciated!!
