I wrote a review almost two years ago about how happy we have been at TLE Overland Park West. Since then, we've enrolled our second baby, and we are so happy and so blessed to have TLE taking care of our kids. My daughter currently has Ms. Bayleigh as her teacher, and she loves, loves, loves her. Ms. Bayleigh is the best at positive affirmations and growing our daughter's confidence and self-worth. Every day when I pick her up, she praises something our daughter did well in front of her, and we are so appreciative. Ms. Bayleigh is very creative and always has fun activities going on, and she encourages our daughter's art skills. Our daughter also spends time in Ms. Shaneeka's room at the end of the day. My last review discussed how Ms. Shaneeka singlehandedly turned our girl from a sad two-year-old who had just moved houses, schools, cities, and states to her old happy self. Since that time, Ms. Shaneeka has continued to teach her math, reading, and other curriculum as well as really valuable life skills: manners, consent, and respect. Our two-year-old son has Ms Ana and Ms Blanca for teachers, and he constantly is telling us, "Ms Ana is my best friend" and "I love Ms Blanca." They have worked with him so much to develop his listening and social skills. I cannot believe how young he was when he began counting to 20 and recognizing letters of the alphabet. My son is a bit of a mama's boy, and drop-offs in the morning are difficult. Ms Nessa makes the drop-offs so easy. She meets them where they are and always offers exactly what he needs: a fun game or idea and often a hug. Last weekend the teachers and staff hosted a Trunk or Treat; they all put so much effort into it, and it was so wonderful to see how much they do for all of our kids and how much they love on our kids (including giving up sacred weekend time to hang out with us!). We are grateful every day for our TLE teachers, and we talk at home all the time about how lucky we are to have them.
