We switched them from another local daycare. 10/10 recommend for the following reasons:-Well-staffed: all of the staff are professional and super caring about our kiddos. I feel like they are loved there and well-cared for by good people. The teachers also seem invested in my child with hearing loss and wear the microphone which gives feedback directly to his hearing aids, which allows him to hear and learn better. His prior daycare did not care to do this despite our asking— I feel like the staff really care (and one of their educational characters has cochlear implants, so I feel they embrace kids with social needs and diversity really well)-Their nutrition is appropriate, with having a fruit or vegetable with every meal/snack. They also commonly have sources of protein. Proper nutrition is paramount for child development.-They have great communication: I know if and when they eat and if something happened at daycare or they are not acting right.-Their curriculum is top notch. For my son’s preschool class, they have age-appropriate workbooks which are engaging, in addition to fun technology to play and learn.-They have a great playground for physical play and an inside gym space! It’s also tornado safe, and that’s important with the most recent weather.-Their facility is super clean, and I feel like they take infection prevention seriously.-Appropriate staff to child ratios. This was not always the case at their previous daycare. Also, the class size was super large at our son’s previous daycare that I think it was quite overwhelming to him given a lot of background noise makes it difficult for kids with hearing loss to hear.-We get a lot of picture updates showing what are kids are doing and how happy they are.-Most noticeable is how happy our kids are since being there. In fact, our son tells me at least 3 times a day how happy he is, and that’s a change since he started going there.We cannot say enough good things about this daycare and their staff, and we are super happy we switched them to this daycare.Thank you TLE!
