My boy is 3 years old. First time sending him a daycare/preschool. I visited 3-4 daycare around this Southwest area. I wanted to send a school where is safe environment and truly caring place. However, I put him in Preppers Class which supposed to be learning potty train.1. My boy was doing really good potty trained before he joined here. However, I saw that he showed REGRESSON there! One of parents in same class stopped me from parking lot and asked me if my boy does good potty train there. So, I told them “No”. He was going backward. She told me that his boy still not doing potty train and sent him there from last year. I realized the “Inconsistency” of doing potty train there.2. Another time, I exposed that he was not wearing jacket outside. I asked the front desk staff and they told me that” the school rule is to put him on the jacket to go outside. And the staff was not following the rules”. After i exposed, couple of time more he was not wearing jacket in cold weather in Feb-March.3. Parent’s App, where they updates how your kids doing it there. One time I got 1 photo, another time 2-3 photos. This APP is where you can look how your children are doing well there. I realized the “Inconsistency” again here. I got 1 photo other day and some parents got 5 photos from APP. Also, one of teacher told me that the front desk FILTERS and CHOOSE what photos to upload it.4. This daycare really seems Open communication with parents at first. However, I realized that they are not really following parent’s concerns or small request. After then, I felt uncomfortable to talk to them anymore. I feel like that staff take it as a Complaint instead of parent's concerns. I don’t know if this is the educator’s attitude.5. I felt very different from first/second visit and actually send my child there. I think that this day care really needs improvement with true/sincere mind of caring and attitude as an EDUCATOR. I felt that they are not truly caring for your child. Instead, I felt that they are hiding or pretending it to run their business.6. I never write any feedback by the way. Either positive or negative. However, just one incident made me to write here and want to tell how I felt there as a parents.
