Read MoreI really liked this daycare , but the lack of communication & professionalism really hurts, I was randomly told my baby was being dis enrolled due to missing 10 or more days of daycare which I still pay for his spot and has never been late , they never once tried to warn me , send a letter home , a detailed voice mail or email, when explaining he has been sick on and off due to catching up on his immunizations , they never said I'm sorry nor bother to ask for any doctor note, I asked would he be able to reenroll , I was told no , not even " not within a certain period " just no , and my baby never had any behavioral issues , all of this is strictly due to him missing days which majority are sick days. It just seems as if my baby isn't wanted there & I'm not sure what the reason could be , this is my first time ever dealing with something like this and it really saddens me because I really did like the place but I notice the last few times he haven't been wanting to go , maybe he felt the energy switch. Also they have never once tried to contact dad which is also listed , this could've been prevented in so many ways. Reminder when my baby first started they had an outbreak of hand foot & mouth disease which I was never informed about till I overheard staff saying the twins had it & I called & told dad then they said a sign has been on the door which wasn't at the time they then put the sign up after which stated it was best for kids to stay home. A email and letter should've been sent home , a letter on the door isn't sufficient enough with several other letters and signs on the same door. My baby was recently sick again after leaving there Thursday which I wasn't notified it was a covid outbreak once again only notification was another letter on the door. They have all these outbreaks and still expect your child to always be there & always feeling well.My 1 star is due to the lack of communication, other than that Ive never had an issue with the actual care takers.
