The metal rake detached from the wooden handle. Got a reply from representative Woodline, J informing me no Warranty would be honored, because the rake is too old. Never mind pictures showing the finish on the wooden handle intact, still present on the rake, all the labels still there, paint is all intact. Recommend alternative brand, AMES products are no better than items made in China, only twice as expensive.
Will add. Previous review addresses the office. I can't imagine anyone looking to buy yard tools wondering what their corporate offices look like!
