The brand-new tide pool exhibit is absolutely incredible — being able to touch sea anemones while also watching the tidal changes shift through the entire lunar cycle makes for such an elevated, unique experience. It’s easily one of the most engaging exhibits I’ve seen at any aquarium.
I’ve visited aquariums all over the country, and this one truly rivals some of the very best. The variety here is fantastic — from the mesmerizing seahorses (so many different kinds!) to the amazing collection of Florida wildlife in the atrium, every corner feels fresh and exciting.
I’m also thrilled about the upcoming puffins, penguins, and sea lions exhibits. It’s clear the Florida Aquarium is committed not only to creating unforgettable guest experiences, but also to advancing conservation and environmental education in a meaningful way.
Can’t recommend this place enough — whether you’re a visitor or a local, it’s a gem in Tampa Bay that just keeps getting better.
