Before we signed a contract the email response time was less than 24 hours every time, after contract it would take days or weeks and several emails at times to get a response and that was just to get a response to my email, nothing was addressed that I was emailing about I'm just talking a reply period. Things were missed in the inspection with the insurance adjuster, and I'm not talking little things that could easily be missed, 2 sheds were totally missed as well as some other things. I asked to get these taken care of and I was told it would take 1-2 days. Well over 3 months later no progress was made. Just a lack of communication and excuse after excuse. Getting involved with this company just delayed my project and was a headache for me. After they broke the contract (contract signed in December, start date was April 1st) I asked for my money back and all of a sudden response times were fast again and they were trying to keep my job, I maintained that I wanted my money back and all of a sudden the communication stopped and they wouldn't reply to me. I finally got my earnest money back by contacting the state of Wisconsin and following the guidelines they set to request your money back from a contractor. It's sad, childish and annoying really that I would have to do that to get my money back after they broke the contract. I would not recommend using this company for anything. I got a few quotes after parting ways and I found out the prices they have are very high, for lower quality materials compared to other companies in my area.
