During there conversation Ted Cruz was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke to my client like he was incompetent and not worth his time. I called Ted Cruz to try and get some clarification on the matter and he spoke with me in the exact same manner. I would recommend steering clear of this agent. If this man represents the values of State Farm I would also recommend steering clear of State Farm.
