We were traveling from Texas to New Mexico, I have a Rubicon that I had on top of a U-Haul trailer. The trailer blew a tire and we were stranded. U-Haul contacted TDP performance and record service. I believe the guy‘s name was Adrian that came out. From the time it blew to the time we were back on the road was only one hour. He did a wonderful job and replaced two of the tires. Way to go great service. Thank you so much for being there when we needed you the most.

Blown out tire and couldn’t get the vehicle jack loose. Waited for roadside assistance for four hours and they never showed. Called TDP and they showed up in 15 minutes. Fast service and reasonable pricing!

UPDATE: After speaking with Troy, the owner of TDP and seeing the phone log from AAA to him, I need to update my rating. Turns out AAA is who left me stranded. AAA uses a chatbot now ( DO NOT use - get a person on the line instead) and it texted me that TDP would arrive in 1 hour (message came about 9:40 pm & showed arrival of help by 10:49pm). It also has me type "status" to get updates. After an hour, showed TDP was almost to me. I finally called AAA and that's when I was told they weren't coming. Troy phone log showed he was not even notified about the need until 10:28, but wasn't even on contract with AAA to begin with - and wasn't even in town to help. I am very impressed with Troy trying to make things right - I now have his direct info if stranded on this drive my family takes frequently.
OLD:
I would put a zero but Google won't let me. AAA contacted them to help me with my tire at 9:40 pm while I was stranded alone on a road trip. After waiting over an hour, I called AAA and they reached out to TDP for their status. They let them know they weren't coming BUT had NOT notified me or AAA.

Troy was a life saver and helped us out in a huge pinch. Was there in 10 minutes to tow our camper and vehicle safely and had us on the road shortly thereafter. Trustworthy and speedy service. Absolutely recommend. Thanks again!!

Troy / TDP is absolutely the best in the business. We experienced a freak accident about 4 miles out Chillicothe, TX on 6/24. We hit an object in the road that resulted in a blow out. We called TDP and Troy was on the scene quickly. He was quick, efficient, patient and super nice! The best customer service experience. Also worth mentioning, it was 105 degrees! When driving through Childress, Quanah, Vernon and Chillicothe - call TDP when you need help! Great service and Troy is a gem! Forever grateful!

We had a freak accident with a rogue tire smashing our door in. Troy drove to us immediately and got the car in driving condition ASAP. We are so grateful for his generosity. Cannot recommend him enough!

That price is insane, but I guess it’s easy to take advantage of people when you’re the only tow service in a 30 mile radius.

TDP replaced the rear axle on our motorhome , but when they put the brakes on they failed to tighten the bolts on the brake calipers. On our first trip to Colorado after the repair we had brake problems while driving in the mountains .😳We had to put the motorhome in the shop and it was discovered that one of the calipers had fell off of our brake system and the other was very loose.We had a 300 dollar repair , and called Troy of TDP . He apologized and said he would reimburse us for the repair . We have waited months for the check but haven’t received it . When we call he doesn’t answer or return our calls . We paid this shop over $ 3000 for the repair that took months to complete , and then receive this kind of service when there was a problem that could have caused a dangerous situation .
