I've been going there for over a year now after my previous nail salon closed. I took some pictures of my nails but couldn't see how to attach photos to my review. No complaints with T Nail and Spa so far. 💜 They've put up with me and were patient and never judged. In-between appointments I'd sometimes destroy my nails, or pull some of the nails off or have no nails, zero nails, or look like I was 7-year old up in there with my nails SMH (stress & anxiety) . 2024 was a rough year for me after unexpectedly losing my younger brother and many times I wasn't handling it well but every time going to T Nails & Spa was a good thing, a soothing in a way due to their kindness. Chip even suggested me writing R.I.P. on my nails, something I'd never do before, because I am a grown ass woman, but grief changes things. And it helped, it helped a lot . They work long hours and put up with shit from people every now and again but they handle it with professionalism and grace. Everybody's different right? We want and expect different things wherever we go for service. But for me, when I'm getting my nails done, I don't just look at service but the people too. These folks are working on my hands, not a quick 15 min and I'm in and out, but it takes time. My hands are a part of my body, and it matters who's touching them and how they touch them. But they've always been right/good in that category. They're good and good to me. One time, they even had someone playing guitar! 🙂. It was beautiful and comforting and they had no idea what I was going through at the time. Keep up the good work T Nails & Spa! 🩷🫶🏼💯🫶🏼
