Genuinely one of the worst agents I’ve had to deal with. Do NOT use them for Renter’s Insurance. I’ve been with them for a year now. They were fine until I actually needed them to DO something.
I needed an update to my additional interest (something numerous other companies and agents have told me should only take a few minutes to change) and it has been OVER A MONTH and still nothing! Any time I try to contact them about it, they tell me it will only take 1-2 more days to finish. I told them I will be fined if I do not provide this new information by the end of the month. It has taken them so long that I am about to be FINED TWICE because of their incompetence. When they finally had it done, they promised it would be sent by Thursday at the latest and I STILL didn’t receive it until Friday. AND IT WASN’T EVEN CORRECT! They failed to even change it to the updated address! They only had to make TWO changes and they still couldn’t do that! Not once have they apologized for ANY of this. This is how they treat someone that has been with them for over a year. Every other agent and company I have talked to about this has been shocked at just how incompetent they have been. Please, go to someone else. These people will only cause you stress and make you lose money.
