I was quoted one price, and when I took delivery of my car I was given an actual price that was 60% higher. Since I was waiting at the dealership for over two hours I begrudgingly accepted, which was probably my mistake.... Then I spent the next week trying to contact Sulema without success to at least understand the difference before eSigning the paperwork.
My calls went to voicemail, and my e-mails went unresponded. I contacted the main Allstate customer service and was told that I had 60 days to eSign, so I decided to wait for Sulema to respond.
Then a few days later I see my payment has been refunded, and my policy canceled -- no e-mail, no contact telling me this occurred. The 60 day deadline I was quoted from the Allstate customer service was clearly inaccurate.
Do not go with this provider if you expect any form of customer service. If this is how customers are treated during the purchase process, I would be afraid of what would happen if I ever had to make a claim.
