My recent experience showed me a business that has set the bar quite high for customer service, the best I’ve ever seen. From my initial phone call to the handshake I received from the installers when the job was complete, I could feel a sense of caring that everyone exhibited for the customer's satisfaction.
We recently had a service technician, Zach, from Strongbuilt perform a spring inspection and startup of our aging heating and air conditioning systems at our residence. We have two full heating and air conditioning systems, both gas and electric, and three mini-splits. To complicate the matter, they are of different years, makes, and models. We were told by the scheduler on the phone that Zach had the knowledge necessary to handle all the systems, but we were skeptical. As it turned out, Zach did not disappoint.
Zach was familiar with all the systems and subsystems and could explain our questions in layman's terms. He discovered that one of our systems had a leak in a cooling coil, which was not repairable. Zach broke the news to us as gently as possible and did an outstanding job explaining the options and their approximate cost. He then wanted us to discuss replacement options with Jeff, the HVAC project manager.
Jeff called and made arrangements for a meeting. Jeff’s analysis was spot on, and I was confident we had the right guy to give us our options. Jeff did not attempt to upsell or hard-sell any products or features. He ensured we had the right-sized system with the features we wanted or needed. He said he would have pricing for us that afternoon, and he did. The pricing was fair, and their military discount helped take some of the sting. The contract was straightforward, well-written, and easy to understand. We signed the contract. Due to the age of our systems, replacing them with new, warrantied units made better sense.
Mike and Tyler showed up two days later for delivery and installation. They did a clean job, respected our property, and were on task from start to finish. They were tireless workers. Mike and Tyler completed the delivery, setup, and start-up of a comprehensive heating and air conditioning system, both inside and outside, within a single day. Also, they installed a separate new outside heat pump unit in a separate system. Mike and Tyler have a fantastic work ethic and attention to detail.
