Read MoreI have been a loyal customer of American family insurance for 30 years. A couple of years ago, my policies were transferred over to the Steve Bezanis agency, located in Palos Heights, IL. Our experience with them has been absolutely horrible. They, specifically Steve himself, and Rosemary, the woman who answers the phone, and apparently does nothing else, have caused me to drop American family insurance. They repeatedly overcharged me, failed to cancel policies I no longer needed, despite several phone calls asking them to do so. They continued to charge me for several months for a boat I sold, and let the coverage lapse on the boat I actually do own. They are inept to the point of corrupt, truly no one can be that stupid. They talk a good game, but never do what they say they will. Insurance coverage is way to important to trust to these incompetent people.
