I’m giving my review 3 months after I received PTO from my utility company. I came into contact with Steve Whitman through Energysage website. Through Energysage I received quotes from total 4 solar companies out of which Steve Whitman gave the best offer. I also got quotes separately from big solar companies like Sunrun, Sun Power, Tesla etc. Steve Whitman’s offer was the Best. Let me admit one thing here. Steve Whitman is THE BEST in the market. They are very professional in their work and they know their work very well. My first point of contact from SW was their consultant Alexa. From beginning to end she was very professional and prompt on answering my any questions and helped me in deciding size and cost of the system. SW surveyor Eric surveyed the property for design and installation of the systems. He was also very thorough and professional explaining every minute detail. Then my interaction started with Lindsay in SW office. She was always approachable on phone and promptly responded to my all emails I sent. She was my point of contact until PTO and she did her job very professionally. When I had some technical questions regarding system’s connection with Utility company meter and location of solar system panels, Andrew in SW office explained technicalities and resolved my concerns, professionally & quickly. And then came installation and permitting. I forgot the name of the crew supervisor but he and his team was very good on explaining on my any questions regarding the job. Installation completed in just 6 hours and permits from township received within next 3 weeks followed by PTO. Special mention about Alexa that she was there until PTO, to help or answer my any questions regarding the project.
I decided to install Panasonic solar panels and SW is an authorized installers of solar system so, they can offer Triple Guard Warranty for 25 years which includes Product, Performance and Labor along with roof penetration warranty for 25 years. Overall, it was very positive experience working with Steve Whitman. I strongly recommend Steve Whitman for Solar System.
