Once in a great while when you’re navigating the home repair labyrinth, you come across someone who’s knowledgeable, experienced, able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem and follow through to perfect completion. Joseph Stelluti is that plumber. I originally called him regarding a leak in my sunroom ceiling. He asked a few questions and, correctly, told me I needed a roofer. I then asked about four faucets, indoors and outdoors that needed repair, including one that had been “fixed” by three other plumbers but not successfully. He asked for photos, told me what was needed, agreed upon a time, gave me an estimate, and began work. All done correctly, quickly, and within budget. I’ve found my plumber. I would highly recommend him to anyone. And, no, I’m not his mother, just one satisfied customer.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Joe was more helpful than I thought possible. We needed a 5 year old garbage disposal replaced. Joe took the serial number and contacted Insinkerator himself because it was so new. It was under warranty so Insinkerator shipped a new disposal to our house and Joe came promptly to install! Joe was reliable and communication was excellent. We have found our new plumber!!

Wonderful experience. Had an issue with our tub faucet in the evening and our usual (now former) plumber would not call me back. I looked online to find a new one and Joseph came up. I called him and he was here within 10 minutes and completely fixed the issue. He also gave me great advice about reaching out to the part manufacturer and they sent me new parts for all of my bathrooms free of charge. I'm glad my first plumber didn't call me back.
