Set an appointment to get a quote for homeowners and auto insurance. Was called 3-4 times before the appt for new info, etc. I get wanting to have everything in order but after the first or second call, you’re just interrupting my work day.
Was called again and told the wouldn’t cover homeowners because I had two previous claims and asked if I’d just like to receive the quote for auto instead of keeping my appt. If I wanted to be on the phone, I’d prefer to stay with my current provider. Instead of treating people like a number and saving your time, how about honor the appt and we talk about it then? People call a local agent to get personal service. Not impressed.
