I voiced concerns that I was not made aware of concerns the school has for my youngest daughter's well-being and after a couple back and forth's, I asserted that, "I have ****ing rights" in frustration - not exactly an excuse for swearing but my concerns are real and valid. She, with her infinite business expertise, responded with, "If you do not feel comfortable with us at Spotted Zebra you are welcome to look at other kindergarten alternatives. I will not hold you to your contract." There is like, 2 months left of the school year and I'm currently trying to make sure my daughter can continue to receive services when she enters public school next year. The suggestion alone that I can just find somewhere else to bring her shows how dismissive she is of valid concerns and how much of a personal disregard she has for the development of my daughter.
From what I can tell the teachers there are great, but she is poisoning the well with her tone from the top.
