Second visit, as well as my last.
I went in yesterday to get a hair cut. Hair cut was fine until I asked to have my mustache evened out.
The stylist, Chris said it would be 7 dollars, I said it was fine. Then he kept going on and on about how they have to charge because corporate is coming down in them. Again, I kept saying it was fine, over and over. He kept on saying they can’t do it for free for corporate reasons.
I never asked for anything free. Even as he was removing the apron from me I kept asking him to EVEN OUT MY MUSTACHE. He kept insisting he couldn’t do it for free. He finally agreed after constantly requesting he do it for the additional $7. He spent about 10 seconds TRIMMING my mustache, never evening it out.
He ended up charging me for something called a triple play. So it went from $20 to $29. I feel I got 1.2 of the services I paid for. I even left an $11 tip to show I was not trying to get anything free.
It’s insulting to be accused of trying to get something for nothing. I’m sorry you have corporate leaning in you, that has nothing to do with me. I simply wanted to pay to get my mustache looking proper.
You should not assume all of us are trying to scam your business.
My mustache is still uneven, but in the future I’ll will take my business elsewhere and make sure I am getting what I paid for.
