Excellent service at Sour Apple in College Station!
I’m pretty tech-savvy and already had parental controls in place on my child’s phone, but I ran into a couple of issues I couldn’t quite figure out. I stopped by Sour Apple thinking it might be a long shot, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much—maybe a quick “there’s nothing you can do” or “boys will be boys.” But instead, I got real help and genuine customer service.
The guy who helped me took his time, listened to what I was trying to do, and dug in to help troubleshoot and find answers. He never talked down to me or assumed I didn’t know what I was doing. In fact, he encouraged me and said I was doing a great job monitoring my child’s phone.
He spent a solid 30 minutes with me, helped me problem-solve, looked things up, and didn’t charge me a thing. Even at the end, when more customers came in, he didn’t rush—he made sure I had the info I needed and knew what to do.
