Sad that you get let go for going to your only daughter’s graduation and college orientation and that their system got messed up and said I didn’t ask for that day off so they count as no show when they knew exactly where I was....

Then you get a nasty voicemail which I kept that says I am being let go. The management does not stand up for employees due to them not like confrontation. Then only due to the state coming in do they fix anything or get items that should have been replaced a very long time ago.
Parents are talked about along w the kids so it’s nice to their face and totally two faced talking about them behind closed doors.
Was a great place to start but then got worse.
Glad I’m at a better place.
