Update: had my a/c stop cooling, called in and Scottie Jr showed up and cleaned the a/c coils. A/c is working better and quieter. Great job again

We had a Carrier AC unit installed in March of 2023 by another company… it stopped working this past Sunday night… the other company sent out two technicians on Monday and Tuesday and still didn’t get our unit back up and running… told us it could take a week for the part. Called SJS Mechanical an authorized Carrier dealer early Wednesday morning… unit was back up and running by 1:30pm today. Excellent customer service… Katie and Marco listened and understood the urgency of the situation…bottom line they cared.

It’s the usual Florida summer heat, and our AC kept getting clogged. SJS was able to come out the same day, service it, and clean out the pipes. Their pricing was very reasonable and even included maintenance every 6 months for a fraction of what other companies were charging. The technician was young, polite, and kept the area clean. I would have liked a bit more feedback on his findings, but overall, I’m happy with the service.

We have called SJS on two occasions and each time they've been wonderful. They are honest, communication has been top notch, and the technician, respectful, explained what he was doing and told me how to maintain our unit. I would absolutely recommend them!
