Kyle Shepard came by that same day to see how we were doing and to lay out the steps for repairs, reimbursements etc. He stayed in touch with us during the entire restoration process, which was seamless. The insurance carrier Shepard had arranged - Chubb - was very responsive and fair in its coverage. The recommendations he gave for clean up and repair people were also excellent.
We could not be more pleased with the service from Kyle and the Shepard Insurance Group.
