Read MoreWe had a sewer back up on Christmas day that ended up being the responsibility of our subdivision sewer treatment company. Their insurance contacted Service Master to do clean up and do demo work. From the first time I spoke with the team lead/supervisor, Brian, he took charge and led me through the actions that would be taking place. Basically, he was on-site almost for all the visits by Service Master to ensure the work that needed to be done, was done to MY complete satisfaction and if it wasn't he made sure it was. Kuddos to Brian for all his hard work and his time. Also, team member, Kyle, who was the main worker, who had and monitored all of the actual demo work and with his portable tools, analyzing monitoring tools was able to monitor to see how much was still wet and at what percentage as well as what needed to be tossed in the trash or cleaned that had been touched by the sewage backup. Together with Brian and Kyle my experience with Service Master was just awesome and I would HIGHLY recommend Service Master of Jefferson City to anyone in need of their services. I mean I either got a text or phone calls, sometime several times a day with updates and a timeline of what was going to happen and taking place. They also handled the insurance company providing them with estimates, damages and what all was going to be needed. along with taking samples and getting those samples to the state lab to ensure there was no remaining toxic material remaining. Again, after this super positive experience with Service Master and especially Brian and Kyle, Service Master of Jeff City will be the first and ONLY company I'll call with future needs and/or emergencies.
