I didn't like their program and used their internal "cancel" page to submit a cancellation request after only a few days of trying to utilize the system. I know that they did cancel my account with their program, because I could no longer sign in using my credentials, yet, they still charged me anyway. I had zero information to provide to Paypal about the account information, because I wasn't the one that set up the Paypal account, it had to have been Send Social Media! At no time during my sign-up process was I ever asked to create a Paypal account. Now, I am stuck going around in circles trying to contact a manager at Send Social Media who never seems to be available after two weeks of calling. I have also tried to call Paypal after there was a month's worth of automatic payment through a Paypal account that I never set up!
