Choice warranty called them out. Technician gave us great advice about the replacement of our a.c. He also gave reasons for his answer. After the initial call, it took a week to come out. That was the only downside and that I give 4 stars. But overall 5 stars. So we suffered in the heat. It also only took Daryl less than 15 minutes to get the a.c up and running again . He was also very professional. I think that this company is honest and won't charge more than they need to. I suggest getting more help because a week is too long to suffer in the summer time.
