I moved to Greenville, SC from IL. I had been using the same insurance company (originally introduced by my dad) for all car(s), home(s), and other needed policies for decades.
Needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive beginning a new relationship with a new agent once I moved.
My son moved here prior to my move and had been insuring his home and property locally with Dante Russo at SDR Insurance. Of course I included Mr. Russo as a possibility to help provide insurance for my car and property.
After interviewing a few other agents, I chose Mr. Russo with SDR Insurance because he was clear, patient, honest and upfront and offered a competitive rate and coverage
He walked me through how to transfer auto registrations, tags, title, taxes, etc, needed in order to comply with local laws which were all new to me here. Then, unfortunately after my car was hit while parked in a parking lot, Mr. Russo patiently walked me through filling a police report and provided the best way to work with the other person's insurance company.
Subsequently, Mr. Russo has reached out personally on occasion any time he notices a potential lapse in coverage (due to any oversight) and reviews coverages making sure no changes are needed, including where reductions may be considered.
