Brad worked with me to find a demi that suited the shade and tone I was going for - specifically, a darker green, and starting on brown hair. I had communicated this intention to him at my previous appointment, so he had some time to look over options.Brad went the extra mile to be sure it came out as desired. He went over the details about the product, we discussed the expectations, and he mentioned further options if the shade was not exactly what I was going for after a couple days, or if it didn't last as long as it should, leaving enough time in the appointment to be sure it was taking as expected.It hasn't been in long yet but I'm fond of the effect already, and confident that Brad can help navigate the process going forward.
