We used Schultz to repair our AC after buying our house in 2018. Another company recommended replacing the unit but Schultz repaired it for one tenth the cost. Fast forward 5 rears, the unit was on its last leg, leaking refrigerant in multiple spots. Schultz replaced the attic and outdoor unit with a highly efficient model and we noticed an immediate difference. We’ll continue using them for annual maintenance as we have the past 5 years to insure a long life. Highly recommend and we wouldn’t consider ever using anyone else.

I only call Schultz AC for all my AC needs, including the installation of a new system about 3 years ago. They’re very friendly and responsive and make me feel like a valued customer every time I call. I highly recommend Schultz AC to anyone who asks me for a referral.

Then he cleaned our coils that had a good deal of residue from drywall work and renovation dust.His explanations were clear and we admired his persistence and dedication. That’s why we have returned to Schultz AC. They’ve been our AC people for over 20 years in 3 different locations in our complex.

Schultz A/c have always exceeded our expectations with their reliability, value, and professionalism. We have been using them for the past 4 years, and no matter which technician they send, we are never disappointed. When our unit failed last Friday evening, they had a wonderful technician with us the following morning: James. James quickly identified the issue with our failing thermostat, replaced it, and then insisted on returning a few days later to finesse the dry wall patch behind it (no extra charge). I cannot recommend Schultz a/c enough.

Keith Schultz started maintaining my a/c in 2006. He and his wife, Julia, and Mary have been so great to work with. Their son, Adam, who is now the owner, was a great addition. Adam’s wife, Ashley, now works alongside Julia as well, so it is still very much a family business. I feel very fortunate to have them on my side any time I encounter a heating or air conditioning problem. Good work, fair prices, enjoyable folks to be around. I can not say enough good things about Schultz Air Conditioning. I have been using Schultz AC exclusively for about 10 years (two different houses) in maintaining my AC. I have found the people at Schultz both in the field and in the office to be extremely honest, trustworthy and the quality of work to be of the highest caliber. They have come in, diagnosed any problem, quoted me a price and completed the work quickly and left the house looking like before they arrived.They have responded quickly to every emergency I have had and always acted in the most professional way. Their pricing is always more that fair and reasonable. It's vital to have confidence in a service provider, for goodwill is the most valuable asset of any service business and this intangible asset is what keeps me as a satisfied Schultz customer. They purchased a new motor promptly and completed the installation quickly. I have been their customer for a number of years and use them exclusively for maintaining my central a/c unit. I have found the people at Schultz Air Conditioning to be extremely honest, trustworthy and the quality of work to be of the highest caliber. They provided a great service for a new A/C system at a price that was several thousand dollars less than that quoted by another well-known, and much advertised HVAC company here in SWFL. Schultz was so easy to work with and they immediately replied to all of my questions. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC issues.BTW, I'm a licensed Professional Engineer and retired Professor of Architectural Engineering who designed a great many residential and large commercial A/C systems. These folks know their business and provide great service.

Our family has been with Schultz Air Conditioning for nearly twenty years. They only fix what needs to be fixed and don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I have referred them many times to friends who have saved thousands of dollars because Schultz was honest about repairs and service. Don’t take my word for it. If you have a bid from another company saying your air conditioner needs to be replaced. Call Schultz and find out for sure it if not you just found an honest company you can trust with great customer service.

Schultz has been maintaining our 26 year old ac for the last several years. When it finally quit working three weeks ago, I knew that Schultz would be the only one to call to install a new unit. We didn’t call any other companies to compare prices. We have learned to trust and rely on Schultz. They are the most amazing family-owned company. Our installation went perfectly. The young men were extremely polite, even saying, “Yes, ma’m.” They worked nonstop for several hours, doing an exceptional job! Adam, the owner, was there a lot overseeing everything. He was also amazing, teaching us how to use our new computerize thermostat control. Such patience he has! We also worked with Julia and Ashley. They are lovely ladies. We just fell in love with the whole family and their two fabulous installers, James and Sebastian. I can’t recommend them enough to do it justice. If you are looking for a well-established, respectable, responsible, trustworthy company to help you, give them a call. You will never be disappointed. Julia and Adam explained everything from start to finish on what we can expect on what we can expect and what we needed to do once the system was put in as far as maintaining it. and Ashley in the office was very efficient and calling us to let us know when the inspector was going to be at our house to make sure we were there to meet him. We highly recommend them if you're in the market to get AC services.

Service was excellent with the owner coming back for almost 2 hours the next day to review the install and operation of the system. Given all the horror stories about AC companies in the SW Florida area it feels great to find one that deserves 5 stars! And all at a very competitive price.

We,being new to N. Ft Myers, would like to give a “shout-out” for Schultz AIR Conditioning. Shortly after moving into our home our AC went out. We called a random company who charged us $450 to put pink dye into the unit to see if there was a leak. They’d return the next day. Meanwhile, my daughter found paperwork from the previous owner showing that Schultz had installed the unit few years ago. She called and Adam Schultz came out that day and worked through a thunderstorm to correct the problem. Imagine our surprise that he did not charge us a dime, even though we were not the original owners! He utilized the AC warranty and his labor was free. Since then we have had ADAM crawl under our manufactured home to replace damaged ductwork. His work ethic and attention to detail is impressive.

This is an excellent company. Excellent response time and excellent service! You would be making a mistake if you didn’t call them. I called them yesterday afternoon to come out and see why our humidity level is so high. They called first thing this morning to come and service our HVAC. My husband who was in his own business for many years said that he had never seen such an exceptional service call in his life. They were at our house for hours and they called when they left to make sure all was still good. I don’t know about you but the busier Cape Coral gets the harder it is to find reliable, good help and priced fairly........that’s a bonus. Call schultz, they will do right by you.

Ashley, Adam and James were genuinely focused on diagnosing my a\c malfunction, obtaining parts needed for repair, and at each step providing optimal customer service (educate about likely problem, what choices for next steps, optimized the cleanliness/rebuilt my air intake area, provided a free thermostat and last but not least- they brought over a portable a/c unit/set it up and left it with me until they got the house’s a/c working proper again!). They sincerely demonstrated caring for me and my home! James showed the patience of Job, would not give up and showed unbelievable perseverance to get the new part installed and the cold air flowing, despite trials and tribulations! Thank you to Ashley, Adam, and especially to James for a job done with excellence! When my air conditioner has to be replaced (sometime in the future), they will definitely get my business!

After a couple calls to some other recommended hvac people, and misdiagnosis by one, my son in IL reminded me to check Google for reviews....I found Schultz....and they did a great job. Starting with Drew, then installation with Adam and Mehdi, then office help with Ashley and Mary.... Drew even offered a portable A/C unit for the couple days of 90+ degrees that we had to wait on the permit and scheduling.... Adam and Mehdi worked in that 90+ degrees and were pleasant, polite, and diligent. Ashley at the office even met the inspector because we were out of town .... Hated spending the money, but, I don't think I could have found a better team....

The air conditioning company that I have used for over 20 years came do do semi-annual maintenance. After being in my attic for an unusually long time the service man came down to tell me that there had been rodents in the attic and it was full of rodent droppings, the air ducts were leaking, and all of the insulation had to be removed and replaced. He told me that If I did not have this work done I would get very I'll from breathing in the contaminated air and that I could even die from it. And the price? 18,000.00. When I hesitated he said he would go outside and call his boss to see if he could get me a better price. Came back in and said if I agreed right then the price would be 12,000.00. I said I would have to get back to him. I told this to a friend of mine who said she would call Schultz Air Conditioning and see if they would come and give me a second opinion. Adam, the owner of Schultz came the next day, spent considerable time inspecting the attic and came back down with pictures he had taken. He said there was no trace of rodent droppings and no foul odor, the ducts were not leaking, and the insulation did not need replacing. However he said he did find one thing wrong. The filter was filthy and needed to be replaced. That should have been done by the first tech who was here fOr semi-annual maintenance. Buyer beware!!!.

Hi just wanted to indicate how good Schultz Air Conditioning is. The wife and I bought a home here in the Cape back in 2011, my brother has been living in the cape for over 30 yrs. So when we came down I looked around at the many air conditioner services it was mind boggling. But my brother was using Schultz Air Conditioning and said they were great so we sign up with them in 2011 and have been with them ever since.In 2013 our home air conditioner finally gave up it was the beginning of June, for anyone who lives in Florida you know this is the beginning of the HOT months.We called Schultz there were right out and got us working. They indicated that the fix will probably last, but they recommend that we start looking into new air conditioning system. Mary and Dave recommended a nice American Standard, very high efficiency.The installation went flawlessly, they added some extra duct work in our bedroom and gave us a great warranty. They are always pleasant to talk with and are just good loveable people.Our new air conditioner reduce our electric bill by over $50.00 per month. It's very quiet and can easily maintain 73 deg in July and Aug and then it's only working around 75%.Dave recommended this unit because it also had a variable heating elements. So when it came time to run the heater in Jan-March the heater unit only needed to run about 30%, nothing like the old ones that run 100% and LCEC send you a letter saying thanks for my vacation (lol).Anyway really great people, really great service you won't be disappointed-Paul Dorsch
