Adam was quick to answer my call and replaced my water heater very professionally and didn't charge an arm and leg. I had Allen come back and replace my pressure tank on my pump and unclog my drain was prompt and inexpensive.

He even walked me through other aspects of plumbing issues I’ve dealt with and explained what to look for. Thank goodness for Satsuma Plumbing/Allan McGill!! I called him last night about a (heavily) leaking pipe under my house...I had to shut my water off...after 3 days of no one responding (referrals given to me) I
googled plumbers (thank goodness) he was here the next morning and replaced 4 leaking pipes in half a day! I was very grateful at how reasonable the bill was! Allan is VERY knowledgeable, personable and very honest! I seriously don't know what I would have done without him! I will refer him to everyone I know and will absolutely call him for any future plumbing needs/issues!!

Responded quickly to my call for help and stayed until he was able to find and repair our issue of needing an overflow valve until we could get our septic pumped due to the month long waiting list for a company available to do it. Priced lower than we expected for the amount of time he had to spend finding and fixing our issue. Will definitely use again any and everytime we have an issue. Thank you again for your much needed help so that we didn't have to live in a hotel with our kids for the next month.

I highly recommend this company. Alvin was quick to respond to my backed up bathtub. He surveyed the problem. Did not hesitate to crawl under my house. This tub was so backed up it seemed hopeless. I thought for sure I was looking at a huge septic bill. He worked and worked at it. Didn’t give up on my pathetic tub. And BAM! He got the clog fixed. No one knows what horrors were in that pipe. But he got it draining. And did all this on a Saturday, when I had just called Friday night. He’s very professional I will definitely call this plumbing company MY plumbers. I’m over the moon about finding such reliability. He was honest. Well priced. Just can’t say enough! Thanks Alvin! No more 2 minute showers for me!!!

I want to give a BIG SHOUT...... to Satsuma Plumbing and it’s owner/operator
Mr. McGills. When all the other supposedly 24/7 big dog plumbing company would not even answer their phone or return my call. I called Satsuma Plumbing at 1:30am last night after exhausting all my options and MR McGill promptly answer the phone and in a few minutes he assured me that he would be at my home today at the stated time. Not only did show up when he said he would, he called me to let me know he was on he’s way. After about an hour the problem was fixed and I once again had running water in my hone. Now I waited anxiously for the dreaded bill and to my shock it was under $200, not $600 like I though it would likely cost me. After all we all know the horror story about exuberant plumbing bills just for walking in the door.
So, Mr McGills, thank you for your immediate, kind attention to my leaking faucet, and for not asking for my first born in payment.
Now I’m going to take a badly needed hit shower.
