I’ve been attending classes at Row House South Tampa since May, was invited by a good friend who’d been attending for several weeks at that point. She was loving it and assured me I’d love it, too. As someone who, to that point, had never worked out at any kind of gym whatsoever, I was less than confident. 🫤
Well, here we are in September and I’m a 3 classes a week regular, coming up on 250,000 meters rowed! I left that first class a Row House believer (signed up for a membership that day) and haven’t looked back! The classes are fun, challenging and move quickly with lots of variation. The atmosphere is supportive and motivating. Everyone is encouraged to enjoy success in our performances as a whole. Also, it’s pretty cool to be able to see your class stats in real time, on individual monitors while rowing, and then get emailed a workout summary with daily, as well as all-time stats, etc. The coaches are obviously well trained and super motivational, too — so key, IMHO. Coach Justus is AMAZING!
