DD got here in 20 minutes. Not only did he unclog the drain immediately, he also took the time to figure out how to prevent future instances and gave tips on how to accomplish it. I was then put in touch with their water mitigation team which was excellent. Dan and Dakota were absolute professionals and went the extra mile to ensure all of the water and carpet were removed promptly, especially with the time sensitivity the situation called for. Once the danger of mold had passed, they meticulously went back over everything until we were all satisfied. In addition, they explained options for restoration in fine detail and put me into contact with other trusted professionals. Although this was quite the ordeal, I genuinely feel like they mitigated what the damage could have been, and truly prevented an even worse tragedy. Side note, check your homeowner's policy. If you have a basement and no "water backup" insurance, ask your agent about it because they will find a way to not cover it.
