Read MoreI had RR come fix a leak on a referral a couple of years ago and was happy with their work and pricing, so I called them again when the pipes froze. They sent their tech out in frigid cold temps and while he was able to fix the freeze, he found leaks in the cheap plastic piping that prevented the water from flowing again. They sent a plumber the next day, and it took two days to resolve all of the leak issues because the plumber found additional leaks down the bulk of the house. We've still got some galvanized pipes that are not completely unfrozen, and he's coming back tomorrow to ensure that's completely fixed, as well. Every single person I've dealt with has been amazingly kind and understanding. They stand by their work with a 6 month warranty. It's not cheap, but I've seen more expensive with less effort and kindness. Big thanks to Justin, Marcus, Nick, and the office staff. You've made a really stressful situation a bit easier to cope with.
