Eric accommodated Kevin’s challenging request to face time parts of the job, to evaluate the work and although Eric worked diligently and every part of the job was visibly evaluated and approved by Kevin, once Eric completed the job Kevin refused to pay. I was caregiving for his mother in the home and didn’t have the means to pay it myself or I would have - it was implied that since Kevin approved the work as it was done that once complete Eric would be paid however Kevin refused vaguely claiming the price was too much ( although he was aware of the price before he okayed the work being done) I can vouch that the quality of Eric’s work and professionalism. I don’t think most clients demand to face time during a job Eric accommodated it which I’m sure made it a bit more challenging to do simultaneously in parts. I felt in seeing all the hard work time and effort Eric put into the job some sort of civil action could’ve been pursued to recover payment and damages.
