I had the absolute worst experience of any of the contractors I have ever had to work with on my house. Jimmy came to do a downspout, but outsourced the work to his friend, who is not a roofer by trade, because he “needed money for a stereo in his truck.” Jimmy showed up that day, but was unable to do the work himself because his hand was in a cast. They were hours late for that first job, even though I communicated a time limit. That work leaked after two weeks, pouring water into three rooms of my house along that wall— no problem, because Jimmy “guarantees no leaks for three years”. Except, he won’t come back to fix it. No call, no show, five times in a row. First he said Friday, then Saturday, then Monday, then Tuesday, then first thing Wednesday, and stood me up again. I even checked in in the morning to confirm for the afternoon, got a reply, and he didn’t show. Each time I plan for him to be there, wait around as he doesn’t respond to calls or texts until the very end of the day, looking to reschedule for the next. Imagine being stood up 5 times! Now I need to hire another roofer to do the same job, because Jimmy will not stand by his guarantee, will not show up, and will not communicate that he won’t show up. In my experience, Roofline does not do quality work, does not honor their three year guarantee (not even a two week guarantee), and does not communicate. I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could.
