Hi, back in the day I used to sell roofing for 10 years. It was in a different state. I saw the good and the bad and some were just a rip off. Matthew and his crew did a great job. The valley lines are straight and it is straight. I decided to use them was because his crew had been with them for long term. There are some roofers that pick up a crew in front of the big box stores on the day of the roofing job. Sometimes you get inexperienced people that just don’t know what they’re doing. I like to say an experienced crew is worth it’s weight in gold.

I just had Roof Expert come out and repair a leak in my roof due to an old satellite mount. Matthew Wright was a true professional throughout the whole process. He explained the whole process for the repair and answered any questions that I had. He made my case a priority because it was an active leak situation. His crew was on time on the day of repair. His crew was very respectful of my property. Roof Expert will definitely be the company that I call for any roofing work that needs to be done in the future.

Matthew came out to inspect our roof and gave us the option to fix or replace it. He was not pushy and did not pry for my home insurance information (which every other company I spoke with did). He provided me with a detailed estimate within 24 hours. Ultimately, we decided to get a new roof. His team did a thorough job in just one day; our roof now looks beautiful!

I highly recommend Matthew Wright and his company Roof Expert. I had a huge oak tree fall and damage our house while we were on vacation in Florida. Matthew went over right away and gave me a complete rundown of the damage over the phone and quickly boarded up a busted out window so that we wouldn't have any additional weather damage to the interior of the house. He took a ton of detailed pictures for me and sent them to me right away so that I could have a better understanding of the damage to the house, roof and chimney. He also helped work with the tree company to get things moving along while we were in FL. Matthew made sure to meet with me as soon as we got back to go over everything he found that was damaged.
He worked directly with my insurance company to make sure that everything would be repaired to original or better condition. He was super responsive to any of my inquiries and was always ready to give updates when needed.
What really set him apart was that he personally came over late one evening to help me install a motion sensor light on the corner eve of my house since I didn't have a ladder tall enough and I don't do well with heights. This didn't have anything to do with the tree falling and he took time out of his own personal life to lend a helping hand. He also made a second trip over to help mend a gutter that had started to fall off and that too had absolutely nothing to do with the tree damage.
I can't recommend Matthew Wright and Roof Expert enough. His always friendly and can do attitude and his attention to detail made me feel like I was his most important customer. Thank you very much Matthew for all of your hard and professional work!

From the moment I contacted him for an estimate, to the moment they left my house after the install, Matthew was constantly updating me on progress with pictures, or any issues that may have arrived. I had gotten 6 different companies estimates and Roof Experts was the most detailed, and also the lowest. Thank you Matthew for everything, and going above and beyond what's expected. I can't wait until i can refer your company to someone else.
This was my first roofing experience. The staff were very personable, professional, and friendly. The installation was completely painless and the crew went above and beyond expectations with the roof replacement. Could not ask for a better business ethic! Great job guys!

We even had a bit of siding repair completed by this company and the quality is stellar. The roof was completed super quickly in just one day. We love our new roof and it makes the house look so much better!! No more leaks! 🙌🏻 Matt has even been a great resource since this project was completed and helped us to choose a better roof type for a screened in porch we added to the back of our house. We had a new roof installed this past week. I would recommend them and in particular Matthew Wright for any roofing needs you might have. Matthew was very informative during the entire process. The first time Matthew was at our home he was very helpful in terms of explaining various aspects of the roof. He asked me questions and provided feedback. He provided a quote for the repairs/shingles update to include details of the work to be completed, timeliness for the project and other things to expect. Matthew made sure we were comfortable with the process and everything he communicated was spot on. The team of workers were well organized. They did a great job protecting things in and around the house prior to removing the existing shingles and other materials. They were so well organized they completed the removal, re-installation and clean up in one day. Again, my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Matthew, his team and Roof Experts.

I cannot speak highly enough of Matt and his crew. We had a small leak appearing in the ceiling. During the first attempt, they thought they found the leak in the roof, patched it and charged a fair price. The next time it rained the ceiling started leaking again. Over the next few months Matt came over countless times trying to locate the leak. They ended up replacing a section of shingles where they found signs of the leak. Throughout the whole process they operated with integrity and the first time I paid was the only time I paid, even though they came back countless times to ensure the leak was found and corrected. I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism and quality of work.

Matthew shared his “why” for being in the business and I was able to detect and experience a man of integrity, which is hard to find in this roofing industry. I explained my roofing and insurance issue and Matthew went into expert action. He even offered to assist me if I did not select his company. But that was not needed because I chose him, his rate was very reasonable. In addition to his rate being reasonable, the quality of work him and his teammate Elder did on my roof left me speechless. I am still amazed, as he also offered to replace some rotten wood around my window structures. Excellent customer service, prompt response time, reasonable rates, very knowledgable of the industry, the list goes on. Needless to say, I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

I first contacted Matthew on a recommendation from my insurance agent. Even though this was not an insurance claim, he was spot on with this referral. Matthew came out to look at my roof the same day I called him. He thoroughly explained the condition of the roof and even said it didn’t need to be replaced yet, however, I asked him for a quote for a replacement and in less than a week, I had a new roof! Matthew’s communication was excellent during the entire process. The crew finished quickly and did a great job. I will be recommending Matthew and Roof Expert to anyone needing roof work done.

‘Wow!’ is all I can say about Matthew and Roof Experts! I reached out late last week with a leak in our roof. Matthew responded right away and even came out same day. Turns out, the previous fix we had in the same spot was done incorrectly- by another company. Within a few days, the leak was fixed right- and just in time because we had major storms the same night. I am so thankful I found this company and will be using them from here on out for all my roofing/gutter needs! Great guys to work with!
