After a damaging hail storm last month, we needed a new roof. As is the case after every damaging weather system, roofers and roofer wanna be's came from every direction. After entertaining 4 different roofers, none of whom were very impressive (2 had business cards and 2 didn't even have that) I was getting leery of unmarked trucks with ladders sticking out of the back. The 5th roofer that appeared arrived in a marked vehicle proclaiming "Ready2Roof". This immediately apparent difference got my attention and though I as tired of going through the same spiel again, I wanted to hear if there were any differences from this young man. Well as it turns out, there was a LOT of differences and they only started with the marked truck.Ethan immediately impressed me with his manners and professionalism (having spent most of my adult life on active military duty, I am not that easily impressed). Ethan offered (and I accepted) to personally climb up and inspect my roof (It is way to steep for me). He confirmed what the others had said (from a distance without climbing). My roof did in fact need to be replaced. To make an already long story a bit shorter, Ethan offered (without any commitment on my part) to meet with my insurance adjuster whenever he arrived and answer any question I may have about the process. A week later my insurance guy arrived and true to his word so did Ethan. This was very reassuring because in this day and age few contractors actually do what the say they will. Based on the above experience (and after some extensive internet research on Ready2Roof and GAF) with Ethan and Ready2Roof, I signed a contract that was agreeable to me and my insurance company. Ethan prepared the material list and after the shingles and other roofing components arrived, he scheduled (around pending inclement weather) our roofing day. As expected, the roofers showed up very early in the morning to get ahead of the coming heat. What wasn't expected, there were 12 of them! They started right in to work unloading their tools and working quickly to spread protective coverings around our home. Almost immediately the crew was on our roof removing the old shingles. As I related earlier with my military background, I know how to study working groups. This crew of roofers performed in amazing coordination. There was no visible lack of team work and no apparent duplication of effort. After only 11 and a half hours, the old roof was down and gone and the new roof up and looking great. They policed up the entire area and made multiple efforts to remove any sign that they had even been here.
Start to finish, Ready2Roof and Ethan made a daunting necessary project go as smoothly as any I've ever been associated with. I give Ethan and Ready2Roof my heartiest unreserved recommendation. They are together a first class act. If you find you need an honest, professional, and committed firm to attend to your roofing needs, Call Ethan!!! You won't regret it!
