Sam was able to come the same day we spoke on the phone and was able to assess the damage done and begin fixing the problem. He was always very informative about the problems water damage could cause in the short ad long term. They were very quick to get things moving along quickly so that we might get everything resolved in time for Christmas.
They did an amazing job and were always available given the short notice and it being the holidays. I would highly recommend Sam and his company for anything relating to water damage and other house issues. He will be the person we contact in the future should anything come up again.
