their communication is aweful. My mom called 1 day they claimed they had time and would be out around 2pm. Yea 2pm came and left, 3 came and left, 4 came and left our plans had to change just to wait for a tech that clearly wasn't coming out. And not a single phone call from them saying they weren't going to make it out that day. Next day came no phone call first thing in the morning about not showing up the day before. But got a phone call around 1pm oh the tech will be out in a hour, hour and a half. 2 came and left, 3 came and left, 4 no one showed up. I left for work watched the cameras at my place they showed up after 4. No phone call that they were going to be late NOTHING! They are not considerate of their customers time. I'd rather have a phone call that hey we aren't going to make it or we are going to be late instead of me being close to being late for my business or canceling my plans to wait around for someone to not show up. The communication it my big problem because if me or someone else wasn't at the house we'd have to deal with rescheduling and likely a bill for the techs time, but yet we have to cancel plans or be late for what we have going on to wait on them and they may or may not show up at all or on some what time. I get they have customers and things may take longer than normal but that's what a simple phone call can solve
