In June I got a ticket due for speeding contacted progressive regarding sending over a COC to the BMV to prove I had insurance during that time. Only to find out Debbie marked my car as a 2025 instead of a 2022. Which made my driver license SUSPENDED. I didn’t find out until I got pulled over for driving while suspended, due to failure for proof of insurance. So I contacted progressive ( Christine ) regarding this issue, she tried telling me they weren’t at fault for anything, she told me they weren’t able to show me proof of the COC being submitted ect. The only reason I found out about Debbie marking my car as a 2025 was because I told Christine to add the BMV to our call and I asked what progressive did wrong to the COC. Christine wasn’t willing to tell me anything at all! It’s truly DISGUSTING how this company can treat their customers. Btw I still have to pay $150 ticket for driving while my license were suspended due to progressive submitting the incorrect COC. Just a friendly reminder to progressive, once I pay the ticket I will be getting ahold of the company and will have the non emergency police on the other line so progressive can reimburse me my money without any issues. I don’t pay $260 a MONTH for insurance for nothing lmfao. Truly, be better as an insurance company. This whole situation is pathetic and could’ve been avoided if progressive was more strict about double looking anything before submitting paperwork.
I recorded the entire 3 hour call with Christina and the BMV, I have recipes of everything. So progressive don’t try no sneaky stuff hehe.
