Our salesman, David Rohe, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, listened to what we needed and never pushed anything on us. Honestly, the whole buying experience changed my perspective on car dealerships. David answered all of our numerous questions, took us on multiple test drives of different vehicles we were interested in, and ultimately helped us to find the right car with the right options that fit our needs and budget. And he and his manager even stayed an hour after the store closed on a Saturday to help close the deal and make sure that we were comfortable and familiar with everything on the car before leaving! They went above and beyond and made sure that we were happy with what we were getting. I also thought they gave us a fair price on our trade based on the research that I did. All in all, I would absolutely be going back to Proctor Subaru again for our next vehicle and I can't recommend them enough.
