November 14, 2024 Drew Potts with Pro Plumbing came out to replace the anode rod in the hot water heater. Apparently the one installed by the manufacturer AO Smith was just a magnesium rod that corroded in a matter of months. Thankful that Drew was so kind & helpful. My dogs even liked him. Highly recommend. This review is for the consult & inspection. Terry was very kind & thorough. He went over everything really well & tried to make it affordable for us. I'll update after we get the unit up & running. Update 9/17. Friendly crew went above and beyond what we expected I'm installing the hvac & water heater.

Pro plumbing replaced our HVAC system. We felt like they pushed us into buying a new system when we could've replaced parts on our old system. This was a nightmare from day 1. The workers didn't have masks as we asked them to. I have a weak immune system. We had to provide masks for them. Alecia at the front office said they provided them though. They showed up every time without telling us they were coming. We worked Saturday through Tuesday at that time and were available Wednesday through Thursday. The worker Alecia at the front office would schedule appointments without telling us. Once we had to turn them away because my husband had a meeting. When they were doing the work their workers put holes in the utility room wall which they swear up and down they didn't do and refuse to fix.They destroyed our mailbox on their way out and I had to call their front office to fix it. An inspector has been out 3 times and the work failed all 3 times. The first time it was seen as a continuation so Andy Willis came out to fix the problem. By fixing it he blocked the filter and we couldn't replace the house filter so they sent Andy Willis out again to change it. I specifically called their front office and said to send a different person to fix the problem. They have sent the same person Andy Willis to fix the problem again. He was in such a rush he changed the pipe to the original way it was set up which didn't pass inspection for the 3rd time. We took out a loan and paid off the loan in a year in order to replace the HVAC system. The HVAC manager is giving us the run around saying it's the inspectors fault and he shouldn't have to fix it because it's grandfathered in. They are now refusing to send anyone out here to fix the problem until the can get an inspector out here at the same time. I spent $18,000 on an HVAC system that might be putting carbon monoxide into my house. They ultimately got it fixed. We had to replace our entire plumbing system. In the process we had to replace the piping to ourwasher and dryer. Pro plumbing ripped the wall apart and left a bare hole. When we call them to come and fix it Alecia in the office says "that's not what we do." They replace our water shot off valves. We no longer have a way of shutting off water to the house because they removed ourwater shut off. We had a water incident where the hot water pipe in the bathroom burst. We tried to shutoff the water in the house only to find it had been replaced with pipes. We called Pro plumbing for 8hours as water flowed into our house begging them to tell us where they moved the water shut off.We had to go to Lowes buy a key to shut off the water from the street. We used a sledge hammer to gain access to the water shut off at the street. Ultimately we called their competitor Aurora plumbing who showed us how to do it ourselves. Pro plumbing has claimed they didn't do anything to thewater shut off and refuses to come out and put a water shut off back in. We still also have a giant hole in the wall from where they replaced the piping for the washer and dryer. Update: we've had this high pitch noise coming from the unit for a while. We decided to call Aurora Plumbing and it turns out theres a screw that should've been removed during instillation. Theres even a red tag that says to remove the screw at installation. There are settings that weren't set correct so the programming had to be reset. If I could give less stars I would. Use aurora plumbing. Update: Mr. Willis emailed me to tell me “It’s Adam not “Andy”. And also don’t put my personal information out for everyone to see because you’re upset thanks.” I’m naming the people we worked with. Not everyone at pro plumbing is bad at their jobs. We worked with a few people who did great jobs. I’m not posting any personal information (like his email address). That would be inappropriate. Just like emailing someone because you don’t like that they name dropped you in a bad review. Justin & Tony were an absolute pleasure to have in our home doing this massive job. We had old Quest water lines, and they had to remove all water lines and re-run new lines through our home, ceiling, walls and underneath the house, including a new line from the street to the house. We have a 2-story brick, approx. 3000+ sq.ft. They were professional, always on time when they said they would be here, very hard working, polite and friendly, and pleasant to speak with. My wife and I had many questions, and they took their time to answer every one of them and make sure we felt comfortable and confident in what was being done to our home. They made sure we understood why they were making cuts in the ceiling and walls, but it would all be fine in the end. Their cut outs were like a surgeon handling a scalpel. The quality of work was excellent. They did not take short cuts and did the job right. They were just absolutely awesome in every respect. When they were done and during the project which ran 3 days including the re-trenching the line from the street to the house, they always cleaned up and went way beyond making sure everything was clean, all items picked up and vacuumed and left looking the way it did when they entered our home. These guys just rocked it at every turn during the job and we are happy they were recommended to us. They will be our plumbers going forward. Communication ahead of my home appointment was clear and frequent. Kenny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about solutions for my electrical and HVAC projects, and provided options with consideration of the total costs when building out a quote. I had all my work scoped out and priced before he left, along with financing options to consider. Would highly recommend.

(Posting again as I don't see my original review) We have used Pro Plumbing a few times to address issues with our plumbing. Since we had an established history with them, when our A/C unit started acting up it was a no brainer to reach out to them. They were able to send someone out the following day. When he arrived he went to the outside unit and looked at it and stayed out there for awhile. When I looked outside again, there was another company vehicle outside with his. The two gentleman came in and told me that the compressor on my unit was out and it would be a $7,000 job, which is more than half of what it would cost to go ahead and replace the entire unit. The repairman left but the home advisor stayed and talked to us for hours. I had lots of questions, and he assured us that there was no longer a warranty on the unit and although it was just 5 years old, systems aren't made to last like they used to be and we would eventually end up putting thousands of dollars into the unit if another part messes up. He even looked our warranty up to show us it was out of warranty. When he finally did the numbers, it came out to over $16,000 for the new unit - my spouse asked him well you said the compressor alone would be more than half the cost to replace the unit, that is not reflected in these numbers. He said he was going to throw in all of these extra things etc etc. I told him we would go ahead, but I did call other companies to come out and give us second and third opinions. The next highest quote was $3,000, a stark difference from the $7,000 we were quoted. I ultimately went with another company. I have since attempted to call and speak with a manager and was told someone would call me back and I have yet to hear back. This experience caused me to lose faith in this company and I will no longer be using them for any of our homes upkeep and repair needs.

I came home on a Friday to see our AC stopped working. It was going to be over 80 degrees that weekend. I immediately called Pro Plumbing and they put me in for an emergency service which I received service the next day, 4/5/25. Michael Starbuck was very polite and quick to check everything and found the issue. He got it cool again and working properly. I would highly recommend him and was thankful for his service.

Ken was very professional and detailed as to what the program offers. We have decided to use your company and look forward to having your services available. Eric and Fig were prompt, courteous, and very efficient. They explained the job and completed work in a timely manner. Drew and his partner Jeff was friendly and polite. They joked around, which I liked. Gave me 2 quotes on 2 different options of fixing my bath tub faucet. As well as what to expect from the home warranty place. I can't give a review for fixing because I need quotes atm.
