We called them for a same day emergency, a relative of mine tried to fix a blockage with a pipe snake, unfortunately the snake broke off in the pipe so we now had a clog and snake in our waste lines. I called the company and they expressed worry they may not be able to help but woukd try. They came out, looked, and even attempted to retrieve the broken snake with no luck, they apologized and said the job was larger than they are capable of but gave me three companies that had camera capabilities to get a better grasp on the situation, they then apologized again and left and did not charge. The reason i am leaving a five star review even though they did not solve the issue directly is that after contacting more than a dozen plumbers, they are the only ones that came out to look, made an attempt and did not charge me, that shows customer service that i could not imagine. Most companies flat out said we cannot help over the phone (when they called back) this company will be who we call for all future problems as they seem to care about what they are doing.

Tommy came out immediately and fixed my leaking sink and installed a hot water heater. He is responsive and got the job done quick. Will use him in the future!

Called him up and he was able to have thier gas water heater fixed and took care of a bad shower valve. Price was reasonable to the other companies they called.

My kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower drain were all clogged and not draining. I tried Drano and it didn’t work. I called Prestige on a Saturday morning and Tommy was there in about 30 minutes. Luckily, it was a simple fix - he had to snake my kitchen drain until the clog finally came loose. Took him less then an hour. I did get charged extra since it was a weekend , which he did tell me that on the phone. But, it had to be fixed. Will definitely call Prestige again if I have an plumbing issues.
Prestige Plumbing provided same-day service, were professional and expedient. On top of that, they are reasonably priced. I could not ask for more. Highly recommended.

Water heater went bad it was only six years old and we just bought the house. The owner of Prestige promptly came out and swapped it. A terrible stomach began emanating from the new water heater causing chemical foulness and headaches to everyone who smelled it. The owner came back out and completely swapped the water heater again only to find he did all that hard work replacing it only to find it was the tape making the smell. Talk about above and beyond service, accountability, and taking care of the customer. He went beyond over and above and provided a prestige service! A person would be down right stupid to use any other plumbing service in Enid ! Best advice I can give call Prestige for all your plumbing needs !

I recommend him to anyone that asks about plumbing! I will definitely use this company for all my future needs.

I had a water leak in my front yard, I dug it up and found the leak myself, Called prestige plumbing to come out and fix the fitting. They were out the next day and took care of it within an hour.
