As an expert with over 45 years of professional public-client relations, Marc Guistolisi can write the next best selling book on “turning shoppers into clients for life.” From the instant I stepped into the showroom I knew Presidential was special because I was not attacked at the door, I was complimented. Yes, complimented. What an unusual greeting (“Wow! Great sunglasses. Are those XXXX brand? Been thinking about……) Right away I was put at ease and felt we were both on the same level. Marc introduced himself, told me a bit of Presidential history, what and why the business is almost 40 years and one of the top independent dealers in the country. He explained the process and we discussed my wants and needs. Within minutes Marc and I were outside looking at the cars that met my requirements. The decision making process was easy because Marc listened and only showed me vehicles that were in my price range that filled my requirements. Back inside at his desk we discussed payment options. I filled out some forms and off to Jennifer Fresard to start the processing of the paperwork. Jennifer was efficient, smart, knew how to get this done quickly as it was close to the end of the business day and wanted to beat the clock before government offices closed. Within a short time Jennifer had my new car insured, registered in my name and whatever else that needed to be done. Due to Marc’s consulting with me about my needs and wants in a car and Jennifer’s efficiency, from the time I turned right into Presidential’s parking lot until the time I turned right out of Presidential’s parking lot IN MY NEW CAR, this five star pleasant experience took just over 90 minutes.
