Secondly, I was seen by Gurvitz in again, a very uninviting room, and if we're speaking aesthetically, nothing looked organized, I was sat on a 'bed' with odd looking sheets and a weird pillow as support which didn't offer any comfort, the 'bed' alone did not feel comfortable at all. I really wouldn't even call it a typical bed/chair. Thirdly, I went for a tattoo removal on my eyebrows and you would expect professionalism and basic hospitable manners from a provider, but nothing but a cold atmosphere. There were no proper instructions nor care. I had plenty of questions and I was just shrugged. I even asked if I should ice my eyebrows after if there was any swelling, he said no. If anyone has done a laser procedure (like laser hair or tattoo removal) they would know ice is highly recommended for swelling. Now after going through all of that, numbing cream was put on my brows and I waited for about 20-30 minutes. Could not believe I had to wait that long to begin with. I step outside of the room and I see Gurvitz on his phone completely does not acknowledge me at all. I ask what I was waiting for he said his assistant while he was still scrolling through his phone. Okay... I go use the restroom and the water is off, so I could not wash my hands. I stepped back outside and said there's no water with confusion and he states yeah we shut the water off, still scrolling through his phone. I ask if there's another sink I can use and he responds annoyed, and says I can use the sink out here. All in all, I have no idea how they are in business. I would 100% never recommend this place to anyone, for anything. I was seen at Bella Vida MedSpa in Temecula for my second session and I cannot believe what amazing service they provided compared to this one. Do not go to Premier Laser & Day Spa. Do not be seen by Gurvitz.
