Both were friendly and knowledgeable. Tom had a fine tuned strategy for fishing over the reefs that worked very well. My son and I pulled in a good many snappers and grunts. Then on the way back in, Tom, mid-cruise, spotted a school of mackerel and jacks, stopped the boat dead, got 3 casts out in about a 4 minute span, and hooked a mackerel and 2 jacks that he then handed off to my son and I to battle (which we did land). It was glorious. He went out of his way to put the perfect thrilling end to an already great trip out. Exactly the kind of experience you want with a charter.
